Despite this, I can't speak highly enough of Jay's excellent customer service throughout the process. His dedication and support have been outstanding. Brilliant dealership!

We'd been deliberately looking for a smaller car for some time, and after doing a fair amount of research, settled on a Toyota Iygo. Kirkham Part Exchange Centre popped up on AutoTrader as they had a few good examples advertised. Jay was super helpful from the moment we reached out. Nothing was too much trouble and he let us look around the cars in peace which was really refreshing. We had a LOT of questions, and Jay was patient, kind, compassionate and answered everything brilliantly. His follow up was great and communication remained clear throughout. Overall we've had a brilliant experience & wouldn't hesitate to return next time we're on the hunt for a new car.

Surpassed all expectations!!!!

It's fair to say I'm a huge fan of Japanese makes/models. I tend to buy something that's around 10 years old, and run them for a further 10 - I suppose it helps that my partner runs a garage to keep them going strong. Kirkham PX Centre had a lovely Suzuki SX4 advertised on autotrader, and I guess it was a case of right car, right time, right price. I did some research into the dealership before making my enquiry & I'm really glad I did. It's safe to say they"ve surpassed all expectations. Jay who I had the pleasure of dealing with really knew his stuff. He was helpful, friendly and just an honest, genuine, trustworthy guy. Despite being a decade old, the car was in fantastic condition, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you're in the market for a used car, I highly recommend paying a visit to these guys!

What can I say words can't do these guys justice just purchased a Kia picanto for my granddaughter who has only been driving 8 months and unfortunately had a nightmare experience with a car bought on Facebook. After trying one or two dealers in Blackpool ventured out to Kirkham Gary and Jay went above and beyond in helping us find suitable car and good price, explained everything in detail to my granddaughter made her feel so comfortable and at ease. Super friendly. Some delays in getting the car ready, but this is because unlike many car dealerships they don't have a pet MOT place willing to sign off any car - it sounds odd to be reassured that a car failed an MOT, but honestly it gave me trust that it was properly checked and the faults fixed before a pass was given.

Got a fair price for my old vehicle in exchange and the new one was competitively priced. Really happy with the service, 11/10, would use again.

I Bought my new car and received it the same week after he made sure it was MOTed for the year! He also made sure the car was TAXed and insured before I left the yard! (Was so helpful as I'm not that great at these kind of things). Since then I have need two new tires and he's been there to assist! And any little minor details he's been at the other end of the phone to help! Great service and there when needed!

Very friendly and helpful, there a new company that has only been trading for just over a year but it's great to see and hear about all the things that they are trying to enhance there business and that they even shared that with me, on the day I was there buying my car they had a film maker filming drone footage of the site and even showed me the footage they had up to that point and personally I like that, a business trying to show what they are about and the friendly way the experience was. They were true to there word regards to the car and let me and my wife just take the car out for a test drive where we could make our minds up without any pressure selling,, brilliant thanks.

Well what can I say I bought a car a couple of months ago and noticed that that the radio didn't work I phoned kirkham part ex centre and straight away they said bring the car back they diagnosed the problem straight away it was the amplifier for which they straight away ordered a replacement it came a few days later but unfortunately the amplifier they were sent wasn't working they couldn't apologise enough after trying constantly which took a few weeks they managed to get another amplifier and yes they sorted the problem now everything is working great they even reimburse me money for petrol I can't thank them enough would definitely buy from them again incredibly grateful

Thank you to all in the Kirkham PX Centre team for providing a seamless, transparent and pleasant buying experience.I found the used car specification I wanted at this conveniently located dealer (close to M55) via Autotrader, the descriptions and available vehicle documentation provided a realistic and reassuring history of what will hopefully prove to be a reliable Honda CRV. Good experience apart from problems caused by our Bank. Fortunately Jay was understanding and although it took several days and a lot of blood sweat and tears involving our Bank we finally took possession of the vehicle. I have recently bought a Audi A1 at Kirkham part ex centre from a lovely gentleman called Jay. What an exceptional experience it has been from start to finish! I absolutely love my new car! I had a very good experience buying my car from Jay. Very honest and next level service!

Even when I noticed a light on the dash, which looked like a service reminder (car with a spanner symbol), which after some research turned out to be a fault notification.

Jay was very forthcoming in resolving the issue at a time that was most convenient for myself, he even gave me a lift home while his mechanic investigated the fault.

I picked the car up next day and fault was sorted - turns out it was just a glowplug relay and nothing major at all.

Its very hard to find car dealers as honest as Jay these days.
